Birthday Parties

Being a child, I vividly remember the smell of freshly baked pies and cookies at my grandma's house.

This was something I was always looking for - a sweet taste of blueberry stuffed pie, a crunchy texture of a chocolate chip cookies, crusty yet soft cream cheese stuffed crepes. Now, years later all these "sweet" memories come to mind making me want to "reclaim" my childhood experience.

I started Flavor-Delight Culinary Creations Academy to bring the joy of cooking to children, getting them excited about the endless variations of cooked meals, an opportunity to express themselves thru their creativity. While learning about different ingredients that "go" into food creation, it is my hope that the children will learn to appreciate our beautiful world even more for its nature's gifts.
